Cancellation fees
Repayment after purchase of ferry ticket (staff reduction, cancellation)

- ・All cancellations of applications are subject to a cancellation fee.
- ・The cancellation fee applies from the time a reservation number is issued.
- ・A cancellation fee is also applicable when a previously issued passenger ticket and prepayment voucher is returned.
- ・Changes in reservations:
One change in the passenger destination, departure time, and seat class may be made free of charge, either by telephone, at a travel agency, or at the Tokai Kisen office.
However, second or succeeding changes will be treated as cancellations, and a cancellation fee may be applied.
Cancellation Fee
If the reservation was made by telephone, and you cancelled without notifying anyone, the cancellation fee assessed will be handled in the same way as cancellations after a ship has left port.
Ship Cancellations
If the outbound journey is cancelled：
- ・Both your outbound and return reservations will be automatically cancelled. No cancellation fees will be charged.
- ・If you have booked the outbound and return journeys separately, you will need to cancel the return reservation separately. Please contact our customer service center to cancel.
If the return journey is cancelled：
- ・Your return reservation will be automatically cancelled. No cancellation fees will be charged.
- ・If you wish to change your ferry, please make a new reservation at our customer service center or the counter at each port. Customers with issued ferry tickets should present them at the counter on the day of departure.
- ・If you do not use your issued ferry tickets, a refund will be issued at the counter of each port.
Please bring your issued ferry tickets within 30 days.

※Refunds to domestic or overseas bank accounts are not available.
